Residency and Employment Rights Certificate Dependant of a Residency & Employment Rights Certificate Holder

A Residency and Employment Rights Certificate (RERC) – Dependant of an RERC Holder in the Cayman Islands that allows the dependant of a valid RERC holder to reside in the Islands and, where applicable, obtain the right to work without the need for a separate work permit. The application is assessed by WORC to confirm the qualifying dependant relationship, such as a spouse or child, and to ensure compliance with immigration requirements. This status is granted to maintain family unity and provide lawful residency and employment rights in accordance with the principal RERC holder’s approved status.
