Immigration Services
A Continuation of the Right to be Caymanian at Age 18 is an immigration application in the Cayman Islands by which a person who previously held recognition as Caymanian as a minor applies to have their status formally continued upon reaching the age of eighteen. The application is assessed by WORC to confirm ongoing eligibility under the applicable statutory provisions, ensuring that the individual continues to meet the requirements to retain Caymanian status in their own right. If approved, the individual’s entitlement to reside and work in the Cayman Islands is maintained without immigration restriction.
