Requirements

Certificate of Caymanian Status/Right to be Caymanian, OR Letter of Permanent Residence and Residency and Employment Rights Certificate
Spouse's Certificate of Naturalisation OR Cayman Islands Birth Certificate
Birth certificate
Marriage certificate
Divorce decree, if applicable
Data/photo page of current passport
Data/photo page of spouse's current Cayman Islands Passport
Deed poll of change of name or Statutory Declaration authorizing retention of maiden name, if applicable
One recent colour full-face photograph (passport size).
Employment Letter
2 references along with their Cayman Passport
