A Residency and Employment Rights Certificate (RERC) is an immigration document issued in the Cayman Islands that grants a non-Caymanian the right to reside and work in the Islands without the need for a work permit, based on their legal marriage or civil partnership to a Caymanian. The certificate is issued subject to eligibility requirements and approval by WORC, and it remains valid for a specified period, provided the qualifying relationship continues and all conditions of residency are met.

  • Employment Letter
  • Police Clearance
  • Medical Declaration Cover Letter
  • Evidence of Marital/Civil Partnership Status
  • Evidence that Spouse/Civil Partner is Caymanian
  • Applicant's Birth Certificate
  • Three written references along with their passport
  • Passport Bio-page
  • 1 Passport sized photo (Applicant & Spouse)
